The heritage listed Mayfair building was one of New Plymouth’s greatest attractions as a cinema complex from 1916-1993. Since then, it has taken on a new life as a hospitality, entertainment and live music venue.

The first floor was previously occupied by a bar, best known for its pool tables and live music. The space is dominated by a large open area, with a couple of storerooms/offices, a small kitchen, and plenty of male and female toilets.

The maximum occupancy allowance for this space is 100 people – making it ideal for hospitality, events, or perhaps a fitness studio.
